Nexus Pulse LLC operates on a cash-on-delivery (COD) brokerage model. This isn't a policy choice we could quietly reverse — it's how the business is structured:

No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection against every possible threat — but we design our handling of your data around minimizing what we collect and how long we keep it.
We retain shipment and communication records for as long as needed to complete your transport, respond to related questions, and satisfy recordkeeping obligations under applicable broker regulations, after which records are deleted or archived in a manner that limits ongoing access.
